When it comes to living a healthy life free of drugs and alcohol, Holly area students can play a crucial role in helping to keep each other clean. In addition to the many programs the HACC offers to middle school and high school students, you can also find a ton of resources that cover the facts and myths about substance use and abuse, caring for your physical and mental health, being an advocate of prevention, and knowing where to seek help if you or someone you know is struggling.

The Real Cost provides the most accurate, up-to-date information about the harmful effects of smoking, vaping, and other tobacco use. They also offer resources for quitting smoking and vaping including helpful tips and getting help from a counselor over the phone or live chat.

OK2Say is a 24-7 hotline that lets you help curb the the risk of violence in your school. All reports and information you give are anonymous and can potentially save many lives.

NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINEVIEW RESOURCE

They also have some great resources on how to spot if someone is thinking about suicide, how to prevent it, and steps to improve mental health.
